Originally, I hated Jowan for his reckless use of Hemomancy. It still makes me a little angry whenever I see it used so carelessly.
But after consideration, I found he had just learned to use it, and thus didn't have any experience to go on.
That.. makes it a bit harder to use even the most basic spells.
