And I, a-watch to life's true course,

And all the dark is washed away.

Light flits as words upon the tongue,

O stars on high, O coming night,
When darkness thrives and prime delight,
That time of shadow soon to come,
That night that has not yet begun.

From high in heavens and despite
The cloud falls rays of dappled light,
And fades into penumbral grey,
To leave the spectral isle of day.

FUCKING HELL
I am fucking dead over here. This has taken me over four freaking hours X( it is half 4 in the morning, WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF.

Kharjo, my favourite Khajiit of Skyrim

I love pretty much every Khajiit I come across, but Kharjo says some adorable things and s extremely convincing as a cat. If you get me...

I deleted all his fur layers and restarted from scratch like a billion times. Still not satisfied with it, but it's enough for now.
I would have quit completely except I'd already done his eyes and black fur on his eyes, and couldn;t scrap that. It is by far my favourite bit of this image.

I did this to see if I could draw Khajiit, and as an example for if I do free character sketches this summer. Quite a few people have Khajiit OCs and this was my test... god it is awful drawing Khajiit X( it's the fur... I'm going to have to find an easier way of doing this for portraits
